The opportunity to look inside the inner workings of (and organize) a fast paced, intense, sometimes chaotic service-based business. Your primary focus will be to protect the owners time, and to multiply his effectiveness across other workings.
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Organizing and prioritizing the ongoing, never-ending list of tasks that need to be done (Both personal and business)
- Orchestrating travel and managing calendars for Owner and others
- Organizing and keeping the Office awesome (clean up, supplies, organization, etc.)
- Maintaining and creating digital assets (excel sheets, docs, powerpoint, etc.)
- Interaction with a variety of business owners, c-level executives, and public officials
- Communicates with potential and existing clients on scheduling and/or intake
- Create and track work orders/invoicing for clients
- Ensure the office runs (call for repairs, complete preventative maintenance, inventory, etc.)
- Infrequent attendance to community events
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other tasks as needed.
Hours/Pay You will be working 15-20 hours per week between the hours of 9AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible and some may be completed remotely at the discretion of the owner. Once hired, discussion about schedule will occur. Pay will be between $10 and $13 depending on qualifications and experience.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
